My training, work experience and any achievement
After a long career as a Director of Sales and Marketing, and coaching people to success in the Corporate world, I decided to study and make a career in Nutrition and CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) several years ago.
Fuelled by both my mother and daughter have challenging diseases, I have been driven to increase my knowledge to assist other people in having a healthier life and maintain it with nutrition, general well being, and behavioural positive change through CBT, Mindfulness, and holistic Nutrition.
I am a great believer in prevention better than cure and have a passion for moving people forward with their lives to improve their longevity, mindset, and overall health.
I am a member of the ICHM and trained and achieved my qualifications via SNHS
I am constantly increasing my knowledge in Nutrition and other complimentary therapies. "I believe that positive change and a positive mental attitude combined with a healthy diet and exercise can not only prolong life but give you the opportunity to live life to the full. The power of choice, as always lies with you and taking action to work to improve the areas of your life you wish to focus on. My role is to assist you and work with you to get you to where you want to be, and to lead a happy,healthy, and fulfilling life.
